Transport Manager CPC Refresher Course:
Our Transport Manager CPC Refresher course is a comprehensive two-day training program specifically designed for Transport Managers who hold responsibility for the 'O' Licence within their organisation. This course covers all the essential areas of Transport Manager responsibility and has been developed in line with the stringent requirements set by the Traffic Commissioners and the Transport Regulation Unit (TRU).
It is vital for Transport Managers to proactively maintain and update their knowledge to comply with the expectations of the TRU and Traffic Commissioners. Our 2-day refresher course is an effective means for Transport Managers to demonstrate their commitment to continual professional development.


OLAT- Operator Licence Awareness Training:
Our Operator Licence Awareness Training (OLAT) offers a one-day course that equips participants with the necessary information to navigate operator licence regulations. This course is particularly suitable for restricted licence holders or individuals looking to enhance their industry knowledge without having a formal transport qualification.
We understand that not all individuals possess a transport-related background, which is why our OLAT course is designed to be accessible and beneficial for non-transport qualified persons.
Both our Transport Manager CPC Refresher Course and OLAT training are conveniently provided throughout Northern Ireland.

Courses include all training literature, newly released information to keep and take away with you for reference in your day to day work.

All courses from June 2022 include updated legislation on vehicles 2.5 – 3.5 ton carrying out international work for hire and reward.

    • Transport Managers who are responsible for the ‘O’ licence within their transport operations who wish to demonstrate continual professional development.

    • Individuals who wish to update their LGV transport and operator legislation knowledge.

    • Transport Managers who are required by the Traffic Commissioner to complete refresher training.

      Transport Managers will usually have to provide CPD evidence to the Traffic Commissioner when they:

    • Hold a qualification that is more than 10 years old.

    • Haven’t acted for an operator in the past five years.

    • Are named as the TM on a new operators’ licence application.

    • Are the Transport Manager named on the renewal of an operators’ licence.
