Half-Day Awareness Class

In addition to the main course, we also offer a half-day awareness class. This class is suitable for groups and staff members who may not be directly responsible for mental health first aid in the workplace but still wish to offer assistance and support to their colleagues.

  • This course is suitable for those who want to gain a greater awareness of mental health, to detect early symptoms of some mental health illnesses and the skills to support their own and others’ positive well-being.

    Also, those wishing to be a nominated mental health first aid support member of staff.
